Internships with NYIC are usually customized to match the intern's gifts and passions with current needs in the city.  Jeff Getz meets with each intern regularly to ensure progress and offer perspective.  While most interns are involved in specific events such as iServe, the internships can be designed to engage with various organizations or church plants which depend on NYIC's recruiting, training, and coaching.

Interns:

• spend about 30 hours weekly in the 'field'
• meet twice weekly with Jeff to review and strategize
• usually work part-time or raise their own funds before coming to New York
• design an experience for 4 weeks to 4 months
